We want you to love your Nordic Socks, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items back in their original Nordic Socks packaging ensuring all tags are intact and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized Royal Mail or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
